The R.I.S.E. PROGRAM INC. is an I.R.S. recognized 501c3 non-profit organization which teaches Oklahoma's incarcerated women the vocational skills of Cosmetology. (With no cost to the women, their families, state tax dollars, or Federal grants or loans). YES, FREE OF CHARGE.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT:  Our mission is to provide a complete education in the Cosmetology field, free of charge, to women who are currently incarcerated, while assisting them in obtaining their Oklahoma State Board Cosmetology license, job placement, housing, clothing, transportation, and recovery support prior to their re-entry into society as successful re-emergent citizens, in an effort to lower current recidivism rates and help women change their lives after prison.
